1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quanttstorydock website at quanttstorydock.com and all associated games and services ("Platform"), operated by Nordivesi Entertainment Oy ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By accessing or using Quanttstorydock, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where social casino games are prohibited

We reserve the right to verify age and to terminate access without notice if we have reason to believe a user is under 18 years of age.

3. Nature of the Platform — No Real Money Gambling

Quanttstorydock is a free social casino entertainment platform. The following statements are fundamental to these Terms and must be clearly understood:

• All games on the Platform are for entertainment purposes only
• All in-game currency consists of virtual coins that have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual coins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or converted into real money, goods, services, or any other thing of value
• There is no real money gambling of any kind on this Platform
• There are no deposits, withdrawals, or financial transactions of any kind
• There are no in-app purchases of any kind — all features are free
• There are no cash prizes, real prizes, or rewards of any kind
• Winning or losing virtual coins has no real financial consequence
• The Platform is not a gambling service and is not regulated as such

4. Licence to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following when using the Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to exploit, hack, cheat, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Providing false information or impersonating any person or entity
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempting to create the impression that virtual coins have real monetary value

6. Virtual Coins

Virtual coins are the in-game currency of Crystal Depths and any other games on the Platform. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual coins are provided by us free of charge for entertainment purposes only
• Virtual coins have no monetary value, either real or implied
• Virtual coins are not legal tender, currency, or a financial instrument of any kind
• Virtual coins cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or transferred between users or to third parties
• Virtual coins cannot be withdrawn or converted to any form of real-world value
• We may modify, reset, or remove virtual coin balances at any time without notice or liability
• You have no property right or ownership interest in virtual coins

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game artwork, animations, logos, software, and the Crystal Depths game itself — is the intellectual property of Nordivesi Entertainment Oy or its licensors and is protected by Finnish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nordivesi Entertainment Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Because virtual coins have no monetary value, any claim related to the loss or modification of virtual coins carries zero financial damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed €100.

10. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible entertainment. Please read our full Responsible Gaming Policy. The Platform includes built-in session timers, break reminders, and reality checks. The Platform is for entertainment only and no financial risk is involved.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Because no real money or purchases are involved, termination carries no financial consequence.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
